These new offices are centrally located in excellent positions for accessibility from the local towns and cities. The new Leeds office is being headed up by Mike Tebbs, one of Manchester's most experienced taxi insurance advisors. Based in WIRA House on the West Park Ring Road, Leeds, the office is well placed to accommodate taxi drivers from Leeds, Bradford and surrounding areas, but will also focus efforts in wider reaches of Yorkshire to include North, West and South of the county as well as East Riding and Humberside.

The new Birmingham office is being managed by Rachel Timmington-Taylor, who has 18 years insurance experience - 9 years of which have been providing insurance cover to the taxi community of the West Midlands. Commenting on the location of the new office at The Trigate Centre in Oldbury, Rachel enthused, "the location of the office is fantastic, with easy access from all regions. We are situated within 5 minutes of Junction 2 and 3 of the M5, and on the main Wolverhampton Road/Hagley Road interchange. The offices have friendly reception staff and parking available for any taxi drivers who call in."

One of the current incentive schemes both offices are operating is a 'Recommend a Friend' scheme, whereby anyone recommending a new, additional taxi customer to the company, receives a £25 "thank you". This scheme has helped to successfully grow their more established office and is seen as a way to reward the loyalty and support they continue to receive from their growing list of customers.
