Making a Complaint
Our aim is to provide excellent service to all of our customers but we recognise that things do go wrong occasionally. We treat all complaints seriously and aim to resolve our customer's problems promptly. We will record and analyse your comments to ensure we continually improve the service we offer.
What will happen if you complain?
Your complaint will be acknowledged in writing within 5 working days of receipt by us. We will also advise you when you can expect to receive a response.
A dedicated senior person will be appointed by us to investigate the complaint. Once an assessment and detailed investigation of your concerns has been made we will respond in writing to you detailing our findings.
We will respond with our findings within 4 weeks or we will confirm what further action is being taken and the expected timescales involved.
If the matter is not resolved within 8 weeks we will write to you and advise the reason why and provide you with contact details of the Financial Services Ombudsman service, in order that you may refer the matter to them should you so wish.

Notifying MID of a Change of Vehicle(s)
If you are a motor trade insurance customer and are insured through us with MMA Insurance, you can now notify the MID via the Insurer directly of any changes to vehicles held in stock.
To do this, visit the MMA Insurance website then click on 'Products and Services' followed by 'MID Quick Vehicle Update'.
You will need to complete your policy number, surname and postcode, along with the relevant vehicle and date information.

Customer Service and Claims Department opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm.
Renewals Department opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 8.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 7.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm
Motorcycle insurance, car insurance and van insurance departments are open from 8.30am - 8.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 7.00pm Friday and 9.00am - 1.00pm on Saturday.
Taxi insurance department is open from 9.00am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am - 1.00pm on Saturday. Our motor trade insurance department is open from 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am - 1.00pm on Saturday.
Haulage insurance and taxi renewal departments are open from 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and 9.00am - 12.30pm Saturday.
