UK motorists no longer enjoying getting behind the wheel

Driving is supposed to be a relaxing experience, many people dream of heading out on the UK's roads on a sunny day with the top down and just enjoying the benefits of being behind the wheel, however, a new survey has painted a much different picture.
A study, carried out by Continental Tyres has found that one in two motorists do not enjoy driving, with many people highlighting road rage as being a factor that deters them from heading out in the car.
Of the 2,000 motorists surveyed, 15 per cent said that they had gotten out of their vehicle to confront another driver in the past.
The company has already set up it 'Courtesy Campaign' which encourages drivers respect others on the road and its report supports this initiative.
Tim Bailey, safety expert for Continental Tyres said: "[The campaign aims to] help reduce the problem [of aggressive driving], not only to improve safety and the driving experience but also because showing consideration to others on the roads actually eases congestion and reduces delays."
