Hyundai and Autorola team up
Hyundai UK has joined forces with online remarketing company Autorola to provide its car dealer network with an internet-based system for selling duplicate, over-age and non-franchise vehicles.
The system, Hyundai Autofind, opens up dealer stock to the full network of trade buyers who work with the company.
It is intended to free up dealer cash quickly and efficiently in order to help them build a stock of vehicles which suit their unique selling strategy.
"We have been working with Autorola for a few years now and the development of Autofind will help dealers achieve a fast and efficient sale online for unwanted stock," explained Gary Spurdens, Hyundai UK's remarketing manager.
He added that used cars are a crucial part of Hyundai UK's strategy moving forward and expressed his hope that this site would streamline dealer strategy.
Last month Autorola suggested the UK would be one of the biggest growth markets for used car sales in the coming year, predicting business-to-business sales to double in the next five years.
