Renault outlines new service improvements for business drivers

Business drivers purchasing vehicles from Renault are to be given access to an increased range of services as part of a new initiative by the manufacturer.

The company has announced the launch of the Renault Business Promise scheme, which entails a range of warranty offers, services and dealership upgrades designed to provide a complete customer care package.

This includes a promise of three years' guaranteed mobility for all new vehicle buyers, a pricing pledge on car repairs and the recently-announced maintenance system Renault iCare.

It also encompasses the launch of the Renault Pro+ dealer network, which encompasses a number of dealerships nationwide which offer specialist services for business customers.

Renault UK's director of fleet and commercial vehicle operations Darren Payne said: "With the wealth of improvements in place, we now firmly believe that we offer the best and most flexible package of any manufacturer in the industry."

This comes after Renault dealerships recorded the highest rise in customer satisfaction in the recent Auto Express Driver Power 2010 survey.
