Seat to offer 'high dealer standards'
The Spanish vehicle manufacturer Seat is set to continue its efforts to become a leading fleet supplier by introducing a new initiative aimed at increasing its commitment to commercial customers.
Standardisation of services across its network of dealers is the main thing Seat hopes the Fleet Customer Commitment project will offer, ensuring drivers receive high-quality, personalised service from all of their outlets.
Nigel Griggs, head of aftersales at Seat UK, said the plan is aimed at encouraging commercial users to choose the manufacturer as their main provider.
"We believe this comprehensive new Fleet Customer Commitment makes our customer service and support package a leader in the industry, and I'm looking forward to hearing how it is received," added Mr Griggs.
Steve Robertson, head of fleet and business sales at the company, said treating customers as individuals is an integral part of the firm's policy moving forward.
Seat currently stocks eight fleet models which can be exempt from the London Congestion Charge.
