Brindley Wolverhampton, a dealership that specialises in Volvo vehicles, has announced it is taking on clutch of new staff following a major investment drive earlier this year.
The firm relocated to a state-of-the-art site in October and invested some £1 million in the firm in general. It has now taken on new staff members including a product specialist, a local business specialist and a new sales manager.
The various roles are intended to drive sales to businesses and enhance the service offered to individual customers. James Harris has been taken on as product specialist to help provide a tailored service guiding customers through the entire buying process. Meanwhile, Kal Plaha is the new local business specialist who will oversee fleet sales to businesses of all sizes.
Dealerships looking to increase their staff presence by recruiting specialists who will help them offer a higher level of customer service need to ensure they keep their motor trade insurance up to date to cover their liabilities.
The dealership has also appointed an experienced new sales manager in the form of David Gutteridge. He has several years' experience working with the Volvo brand, according to Brindley Wolverhampton's director, James Elkes. He stated: "David has spent over a decade working with Brindley and is a real asset to the team. His promotion to general sales manager is a testament to his commitment, dedication and hard work over the years. On behalf of the group, we’d like to wish him every success with his new position."
