Jardine wins Experteye award for fleet aftersales

Jardine Motors Group has been named the best dealer group for fleet aftersales support by Experteye, reports AM Online.

Experteye conducted a driver satisfaction survey called Touchpoint in order to pick a winner. The survey asked UK company car drivers for feedback on a wide range of aftersales support, including key factors such as vehicle delivery, aftersales servicing, replacement of parts, pool car use and the level of service offered when a customer reports an accident.

Offering excellent customer service and aftersales support to your customers will bring them back to your business time and time again. One such service is to provide test drives. So in addition to your general motor trade insurance, you should also consider good demonstration insurance too.

The annual Experteye awards recognise dealerships offering excellent service in nine categories spanning the fleet and automotive markets. Around 40,000 company car drivers were surveyed throughout 2015 in the best dealer group for fleet aftersales support won by Jardine Motors Group.
