Land Rover’s popular Freelander 2 has been given a new lease of life, with comfort, convenience and driving enjoyment being boosted.
A new exterior provides a sportier and more purposeful look, while the model range is extended with the new sporty ‘Dynamic’ and ‘HSE Lux’ versions.
Improved storage, instrumentation and controls are included in the cabin along with a new seven-inch colour touchscreen to control audio, phone and navigation systems.
John Edwards, Land Rover global brand director, said: “The Freelander 2’s equipment levels bring a more premium look and feel to the overall driving experience. In addition, our customers continue to benefit from our refined and economical range of diesel engines.”
He added that the improvements signal “another step forward for the Freelander 2”, which continues to lead the class through its superb design and all-terrain capability.
The new Freelander 2 will make its global debut at the Moscow International Motor Show at the end of August.
