SEAT has landed five stars at the Euro NCAP tests for both its Leon and Toledo models with officials being impressed with the manufacturer’s safety measures.
The Spanish company received 94 per cent adult occupant protection for both its vehicles at the crash tests and performed well in all other aspects of the assessments that were carried out.
SEAT’s Leon excelled at the child occupant protection scoring 92 per cent with the Toledo also achieving a high rate of 80 per cent while pedestrian rates stood at 70 per cent and 69 per cent respectively.
Peter Wyhinny, SEAT UK managing director, said: “Gaining the maximum five-star award from Euro NCAP for both the Leon and Toledo is a brilliant achievement. We truly believe that between them these two wonderful cars cover every base.”
Both of these are available to order from dealerships across the UK and Europe at a range of prices and specifications.
