Citroen has revealed that it is to expand its network of business centres across the UK in order to provide support and services to its light commercial vehicle (LCV) customers.
The van manufacturer is looking to appoint an additional 90 business centres from its existing UK dealer network, which will offer van drivers various sales and aftersales services.
Among these will be a range of display vehicles, which will be demonstrated by highly-trained staff, while service operations and courtesy loan vehicles will also be offered.
Charles Peugeot, head of commercial vehicles at Citroen, stated that this expansion will allow it to better serve the needs of existing and new customers alike.
He said: “Citroen is committed to delivering even greater levels of customer service than our competitors, which will be spearheaded by our business centre programme.”
The firm this week also outlined its future plans to release more energy efficient versions of many of its popular vans, including a Berlingo First electric van, which will launch next year.
