Citroen launches new van service improvement programme

Citroen is launching a new UK programme designed to provide light commercial vehicle drivers with better service and options.

The Citroen Vans – Business Class scheme will enhance the manufacturer’s offering via the introduction of new products and improved customer service across its dealer network.

As part of this, all of its Nemo, Berlingo, Dispatch and Enterprise vans are being upgraded to include air conditioning, Bluetooth, rear parking sensors and Trackstar telematics systems as standard.

The scheme also encompasses the Europe-wide Citroen Business Centre initiative, which will see more than 90 of its licensed dealerships across the UK offer a new range of in-store and after-care services.

A Citroen statement said: “Citroen UK will continue to work closely with its dealer network to ensure that sales and aftersales service standards rise in line with customers’ requirements.”

This week saw the launch of the new Euro 5 Nemo van range, an upgraded version of the Nemo featuring a more economical engine and a higher payload.
