Nissan’s NV200 light commercial vehicle (LCV) has won two prizes in the Professional Van & Light Truck Magazine Awards.
The acclaimed model was named as Van of the Year at the event, which took place as part of the CV Operator Show in Birmingham, while also winning the small van category.
Among the features of the NV200 singled out for praise were its fuel efficiency performance, as well as its spacious interior and versatile nature.
These are the latest in a number of accolades bestowed upon the van, which has also been named International Van of the Year 2010 and ITM Van of the Year 2010, as well as winning the top honour at the What Van? Awards.
Francis Bleasdale, Nissan’s LCV sales and marketing director, said: “We are delighted to be receiving another top honour for a model that really has taken the LCV market by storm.”
Earlier this week, the company extended its LCV distribution network with the opening of a new van dealership in Chatfields, Birmingham.
