Aston Martin is celebrating its 100th birthday in style by debuting the new Rapide S at the Geneva International Motor Show.
The vehicle is the most powerful four-door model from the manufacturer to date and will be unveiled alongside the new Centenary Edition Vanquish and the Q by Aston Martin.
Officials at the company explained that the Rapide S boasts an “even more assertive face” which has been made possible thanks to the striking full grille featured on each vehicle.
Dr Ulrich Bez, chief executive officer of Aston Martin, said: “With many exciting new projects in the pipeline and new shareholders helping to drive us forward, we can also look ahead to what I am sure will be a vibrant, dynamic and successful future.”
The creation of the Rapide S in the UK has been helped significantly with the government’s Regional Growth Fund which has provided £213 million for the improvement of supply chains around the country.
